Processing Times
Custom & Personalized Artwork
Custom Embellished Horse Prints and any personalized art pieces require a 30–90 day processing period, depending on order volume and the level of detail required for your artwork.
This processing period begins the day your order is placed. You will receive updates as your artwork moves through the creation process.
Non-Custom Products (If applicable)
Orders for non-custom items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Times
After your order has been created and processed, your package will ship via standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated shipping times:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 7–14 business days

International: 10–21 business days
Please note: shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and carrier rates.
Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly noted on the website and applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s delivery progress.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Art By Willow is not responsible for:

Packages lost or delayed by the carrier

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received
If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Shipments

We will work quickly to resolve the problem and provide a replacement if necessary.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
We cannot change the address once your order has shipped.
